How an MCVTour is Accomplished.
First
and Foremost you should be prepared for the virtual tour.
The digital camera is turned on a perfect
axis while taking 10 shots from a central point of a room
or yard. These 10 images are then stitched together to
form a single Panoramic JPG. It becomes a virtual tour
by the use of Java Script, Applets, and HTML. MCVT does
not use the Egg Shaped Lens because it does not get the
upper areas of any location photographed and the Fish
Eye Lens distorts the virtual tour.
MCVT's proprietary Imaging Platform features
a perfect optic systems, lighting, high-resolution capabilities,
and image identification systems designed specifically
for real estate imaging. This Imaging Platform provides
the following advantages over competitors:
- Integrate still photos, partial scenes,
and full 360° panoramic scenes together.
- Professional grade flash system ensures
every room is properly lit.
- Views through windows are no longer
compromised.
- The Minolta 7.2mm 50.8mm lens
provides large, undistorted views.
- The Telephoto lens brings the ocean
or mountain views closer.
- The Minolta Camera has a high-precision
electro-optical system designed to maximize image quality.
The system contains a 8 megapixel, 2/3-type interline
primary color CCD with 4.95 million effective pixels
for fine high-resolution images.
Did you ever wonder
why your web site or lap top space fills up so fast
when all you have are pictures of your listings and
or family?

How Many Megabytes Equal
a Gigabyte?
8 bits = 1 byte.
1,024 bytes = 1 kilobyte (KB).
1,024 kilobytes (KB) = 1 megabyte (MB or Meg)
1,024 megabytes (MB) = 1 gigabyte (GB or Gig)
1,024 gigabytes = 1 terabyte. (TB)
One high resolution image (2560 x 1920)
is approx. 3 megabytes.
If you have approx. 100 images the total of course would
be approx. 300 megabytes.
4 listings would be more or less 1 Gigabyte.
