    • A collage is 640 x 480 which is not high resolution.
    • It is $4 ea. to add one or more of the four individual images to the virtual tour.

Audio Tour:

  • Create your own audio tour and MCVT will put it on your virtual tour for $25.
  • All 3 must be in mp3 format and no more then 1 minute long.
  • The first on one would welcome the client to the virtual tour.
    • It plays when the virtual tour opens..
  • The second one would give a brief description of the home.
    • It plays during the slideshow.
  • The last one will introduce yourself and give your contact information.
    • It plays when the realtors page opens.

Simulated Video:

  • Simulated Video $20.

Google Earth Links:

  • Add a Google Earth Link to your Virtual Tour $20.00
  • Zoom into your listing on Google Earth and view image overlay.

Get A Web Address For Your Listing:

  • One year for $20. Two Years for $30.00.
  • EACH HOME HAS A UNIQUE ADDRESS, SO SHOULD EACH VIRTUAL TOUR ... Give your listing its own unique dot-com web address. Adding a custom domain like www.123MainStreet.com to your tour makes it easy for buyers to remember your listing. Whenever potential buyers type in this web address, they will arrive at your MCVT Virtual Tour.
  • MCVT owns the web address. The fee you pay is for the service.
  • If the home is sold you cannot renew the web address.

Virtual Tour CDs are an Unnecessary Expense:

  • MCVT will not put the Virtual Tour on a CD. A PC is needed to view a CD. Send an email link, which is faster and there is no postage. Save money by printing flyers. Both end up in the same round file.

Still Image CDs:

  • A CD of the still images will be done for the original realtor or home owner for $20.
