Postlets.com offers a free service where you build an ad for your listing. If you are too busy or not able to do this MCVT will create a Postlet Plus Web Site Ad for $29. This Postlet is good for 90 days. They will post this ad on backpage, Google Base, HotPads, Kijiji, Local.com, Lycos, Oodle, Trulia, Vast, Zillow. You must post it on craigslist.

Deleting, Re-Posting, Transferring the Virtual Tours:

Virtual Tours will be deleted when the listing is Sold, Canceled, Expired, or Withdrawn ...Without Notice. They will be put back up FREE of charge when the same listing agent changes the status to ACTIVE. It is the listing agents responsibility to notify MCVT when the listing becomes ACTIVE. It is the listing agents responsibility to notify MCVT if the MLS number is changed. A Virtual Tour may be transferred to a new listing agent. The new agent will be assessed a transfer fee for half the cost of a virtual tour. An e-mail must be received by MCVT from the original agent granting permission. |
