Cancellation Fee

No Show or Same Day Delay Fee $19: This fee applies to all sessions that are cancelled when MCVT is already in transit and / or has arrived at the destination.

Examples:

• Agent instructed MCVT to use a key on site but someone did not leave the key there.
• Property is not ready to shoot when MCVT arrives or is in transit.
• On-site contact, agent, assistant, or homeowner, is not on site to give access to photographer within 15 min of scheduled time or they do not reach MCVT prior to being in transit.

No Fee is charged if it is an act of nature and you call before MCVT is in transit or the act occurs while in transit. This applies to rain, fog, earthquakes, mud slides, avalanche, floods, or fires.

In order to avoid this fee, you should call MCVT the day before or early on the day of the session. If you expect delays call right away.
